Privacy & cookies

Last updated 16 October 2026

This notice covers the SAVANTIA prelaunch website at savantia.app. Savantia Limited (Hong Kong) is responsible for the personal information described below. For questions or requests, contact [email protected].

Joining the waitlist

If you choose to join, we collect your email address, sign-up time and consent record to manage early-access interest and send the updates you agree to receive. Providing your email is voluntary; without it, we cannot add you to the waitlist. Joining does not create a product account or guarantee access.

Entries are stored in our Cloudflare-hosted database and available to authorised administrators. We retain your entry while managing early-access interest, unless you request removal. Email us to access or correct your details, withdraw your email consent or request removal. Your choice about analytics cookies is separate from your choice to receive email updates.

Cookies, with a choice

We store an essential cookie, savantia_cookie_consent, to remember your choices for up to 180 days. It records your selected categories, notice version and the time of your choice, without your email address. This expanded notice uses a new consent version; an earlier choice does not enable the new purposes automatically.

Google Analytics and Audience insights are optional and off by default. No Google Analytics tag loads until you accept Analytics. Choose Reject all, Accept all, or use Manage preferences to accept Analytics without Audience insights. Rejecting either category does not affect the waitlist or website features. Use to change your choices at any time.

After you accept Analytics, Google uses _ga and _ga_* cookies to distinguish visits and sessions. We configure these first-party cookies to expire after up to 180 days without automatically extending that period on each visit. Your browser may shorten their lifetime or block them.

Analytics: how this site is used

With your permission, Google Analytics measures page visits, engagement, reaching 90% of a page, selected external-link clicks and use of the early-access form. Form measurements cover button clicks, viewing or starting the form, submission attempts, general error categories and successful responses. A successful response can include a repeat request, so Analytics counts are not a count of unique registrations.

Analytics processes cookie identifiers, language, browser and operating-system versions, device category, brand and model where available, screen resolution and approximate country, region and city derived from your connection. This does not request GPS access or your street address. Google states that GA4 does not log or store individual IP addresses.

After acceptance, we can read predefined campaign labels from the current link to understand traffic sources, channels, campaigns and posts. We send only recognised labels, the referring site's origin and curated external-link destinations. We do not send your waitlist email, form text, full URL query strings or URL fragments to Analytics, or associate your waitlist entry with an Analytics identifier. Search Console supplies separate, aggregated Google Search reports.

Audience insights: Google Signals

If you also accept Audience insights, we enable Google Signals and permit related Google advertising cookies to be read or written. Google may associate Analytics visit information with information from signed-in Google accounts whose users have enabled the relevant Google settings, including Ads Personalization. This helps produce aggregated age, gender, interest and cross-device insights. It does not give us access to your Google account identity, and not every visitor is eligible or represented in these reports.

This choice requires Analytics and can be turned off separately. We keep personalised advertising and user-provided-data collection disabled, do not upload waitlist email addresses to Google, and do not create remarketing campaigns from these choices. Google applies privacy thresholds to some reports.

Google controls its own cookies and account settings; their lifetimes may differ from our first-party cookie settings. Read how Google uses information from sites that use its services, manage your Google-associated activity in My Activity, or use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Retention, withdrawal and service providers

We configure ordinary Analytics user and event data retention to 14 months, without resetting the retention period on new activity. Google limits age, gender and interest data retention to two months. Aggregated reports can be retained longer. These settings do not determine how long information associated with your own Google account is retained.

Turning off Analytics stops future Analytics collection in this browser and removes accessible Analytics and related first-party measurement cookies for this site. Turning off Audience insights stops future Google Signals participation from this browser while allowing Analytics to continue if you keep it selected. Withdrawing consent does not recall data already sent, and we cannot delete cookies on Google's domains; use your browser and Google account settings to manage those. Clearing cookies may cause this notice to appear again.

Google processes information under its Privacy Policy; information may be processed outside Hong Kong. Cloudflare hosts and protects this website and our waitlist database, processes connection data for those services, and may collect cookieless website performance measurements. Optional Analytics consent is separate from your consent to receive waitlist emails.
